2008 CONVENTION TOUR

We start off our convention week with a Sunday trip to Thunder Valley Casino. A beautiful casino located a short distance from the hotel, Thunder Valley was voted the best casino in California.
We will depart the hotel at 3:00 p.m. after a delicious brunch. Upon arriving at Thunder Valley you are free to roam the casino where they have a beautiful bar, Starbucks, buffet, traditional coffee shop, tax free gift shop, and a non-smoking slot area. Of course if you prefer the table games, they are plentiful.
COST PER PERSON: $ 25.00
Thunder Valley offers guests the most exciting slot and
video poker machines in the gaming industry. The slot floor
includes games that you'll only find at Thunder Valley like
100% Payback Slots. We also offer the most popular and

Apple Hill is an area in the Sierra Foothills famous for its apple orchards. Our first stop will be High Hill Ranch, where we will enjoy a pastry and a delicious cup of coffee or tea. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the Sierras and feel and smell the fresh country atmosphere. Arts and crafts are available for purchase as well as jams, jellies, apple butter and syrups, even take fresh apple fritters or other baked goods back with you. We will then depart for the other areas of Apple Hill, where you can visit antique shops, craft shops and pick up some souvenirs or get an early start on your Christmas shopping. We will stop along the way to enjoy our box lunch returning to the hotel with time to spare for dinner and preparation for opening ceremonies.

Wine Country
Or you can elect to take a tour of our local wine country where some of the finest wines are produced. We will visit 3 wineries where you can sample some of the ime wines of California. A box lunch will be served along the way. Again we will be returning to the hotel with time to spare for dinner and preparation for opening ceremonies.

River Boat Dinner Cruise

We will start departing the hotel at 5:00 p.m. for a short ride to Old Sacramento. For those who would like to shop, take the early bus. We will all meet up at the River
Boat Cruise at 6:30 to board for a lovely dinner and cruise down the American River. We will return to Old Sacramento and catch our ride back to the hotel for a good nights sleep or ?

Jelly Belly Factory

After the Convention, we are offering a tour of the Jelly
Belly Factory, Anheuser Bush and the Vacaville Outlet
Stores. We will depart from from the hotel at 9:00
a.m. for a fun day with lots of opportunities to shop.
First stop is Jelly Belly Factory, see how those delicious
little morsels are made and take home your favorite
flavors. Next on to Anheuser-Bush for a tour.
After the tour and you've had time to eat, we're on to the
factory outlet stores to shop, shop, shop.

person: $20.00
OR
If you prefer, you can head to Thunder Valley Casino for a
leisurely day of eating and gambling. Thunder Valley, voted
the best casino in California, has a beautiful bar,
Starbucks, Buffet, traditional coffee shop, tax free gift

prefer, the table games, they are plentiful.

Each
