Cyber Scot

PCD Dianna M. Gillard, Bon Accord Lodge, Burlington, MA

With the permission of our Grand Chief Daughter, I have set up a network where a sister can e-mail me on the welfare of their lodge members.

Many of us know each other only by attending Grand Lodge conventions, others by visiting other lodges.  Either way, we do care about our members and what is going on in their lives today.

This is not a chat room, just a way of informing you the news that is taking place in our lodges, joys and sorrows of our Sisters. Or if your lodge is taking part in a parade or Highland Games.

Once you have filled out the form on the opening page or this page, you will receive an e-mail from my server asking you to "confirm" that you want to be placed on the "mailing list".

Click the web address within  that e-mail (not daughtersofscotia.org).  As soon as you do it will bring you back to the website.  Your e-mail address will be activated at that moment.  There is nothing else to do at that point.  You can close the website or enjoying the various webpages within that website.

As I like to keep a Master Copy of all those on line in case my computer ever crash, it will be easier to rebuild that file. So please be sure to type your name as well as your lodge number.

To send an email of the joys, sorrow, distress, of your lodge members, please d-mail me at webmaster@daughtersofscotia.org  Be sure to type the complete name of the member you are reporting on and their lodge number along with their address so that we can send a card of cheer or a card of sympathy.

I will sign my Cyber Scot e-mails with "I wish you enough.... "

I got that from my Mom and I just picked it up. "When we said 'I wish you
enough,' we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just
enough good things to sustain them.   The saying goes like this.......

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish enough hello's to get you through the final goodbye.

My friends, Big hugs and I wish you enough!

 Dianna
